    “Gedesby Strand ist eine reine Feriensiedlung. Es gibt lediglich einen sehr guten Bäcker, der allerdings nur von Freitag bis Sonntag geöffnet hat. Alles andere kauft man am besten im Marielyst (15 Fahrminuten) oder Nýkobing (20 Fahrminuten) ein.

    Der Strand von Gedesby ist wunderbar, es empfiehlt sich auch eine Wanderung in Gedser zur Südspitze Dänemarks.”
