Stone house with private garden and pool. Villa Aba is part of a holiday homes complex, including other two attractive villas in stone, Villa Susanna and Villa Marty, each one with its own private garden and swimming pool.

On the border between Umbria and Tuscany a few kilometers from Lake Trasimeno. Situated on the border between Tuscany and Umbria, the three villas are dominated by the antique Etruscan cities of Cortona and Castiglion del Lago. A short drive takes you to Arezzo with its masterpieces painted by Piero della Francesca, to the medieval villages of Montepulciano, Pienza and Lucignano, as well as to Lake Trasimeno and Perugia. Only 4 km away the village of Castiglion del Lago with its impressive castle, shops, restaurants and all kind of facilities, and from where it is starting the bicycle path giving the possibility to make the whole tour of the lake.

Pool with water with salt depuration, ample equipment and well-kept furnishings. On the large garden all around the villa equipped with table, chairs, sun umbrella, barbecue and bicycles, has been installed a very nice pool for the exclusive use of the client (dim. 5x10 m., depth m. 1,50 , water depuration with salt). The villa has high quality and characteristic furniture and is equipped with all modern comforts: dishwasher, washing machine, satellite TV, and safe. At full guests disposal a large park, a fresh wood with table and chairs, play area for children, table tennis.

    “Es ist ein sehr schönes Haus, es wären lediglich ein paar Reparaturarbeiten am Pool notwendig und neue Matratzen für die Betten. Es empfiehlt sich auch, scharfe Messer mitzunehmen. Die bereitgestellten Fahrräder könnte man nicht nutzen, da diese einfach nicht fahrtauglich waren.”
