The holiday home, built in 1999 and renovated in 2010 is a semi-detached house and modern and functional furnished. The property is located in a holiday home area, in the center. The domicile is also popular because of the quiet and sunny location. For exclusive use are available: sunbathing area, parasol, sun lounger, children's playground, swing, grill possibility, terrace, pavilion and garden furniture.

Location
Malinska, 16 m above sea level. The holiday home is located on a 600 sqm, closed garden plot with meadow, limited by a fence. The landlord lives only temporarily in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. Smoking permitted The ideal house for two families with swimming pool on a step to the beach. It can accommodate 8-10 people. It consists of two identical apartments on that share a common courtyard, gazebo and pool. On each floor there is a comfortable apartment for 4-5 persons with balcony, spacious living room with kitchen and extra bed on the couch, 2 bedrooms with double beds, bathroom with shower and utility room with washing machine. The use of air conditioners in the price, pets are not allowed,assured parking place. View: garden The access goes via a side road (asphalted, length 5 m). Parking lot (for 3 cars) on the property.

For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with first aid kid.
Hygiene measures: safety masks, disinfectant and final cleaning with sanitisation. Regional health guidelines are adhered to.

Pool
Outdoor pool (4 m x 6 m, depth 2 m, for exclusive use). The pool facility can be used from the beginning of May to the beginning of October.
