Here at OstseeResort Olpenitz you will stay in a cozy and modern vacation home over two floors, located between the Baltic Sea beach and the sailing harbor.

The living area of the vacation home is particularly bright and friendly thanks to the large panoramic windows. On your private terrace you can enjoy the sun, have a hearty barbecue evening or enjoy the fresh Baltic Sea air in the morning during breakfast. A Scandinavian stove provides a particularly romantic atmosphere in the living room, especially on cooler evenings. In the in-house infrared heat cabin you can warm up again after a long walk on the beach or a sailing trip. A home entertainment TV is available in the vacation home.

Equipped with two bathrooms, this vacation home in Olpenitz is also perfect for couples or friends traveling together. The sofa in the living area can be transformed into two comfortable sleeping places in a few simple steps.

Since the houses are located directly on the coast, we ask for your understanding that the terrace furniture is only available in the summer half of the year; in the winter half of the year you will be safely stowed away due to the often strong wind.

Thanks to the flexible daily price system, there are offers for all budgets and types of vacation, from a spontaneous short trip, an extended weekend, the long, relaxing summer vacation or a time-out in the quieter off-season, when the Baltic beaches offer especially much space and it becomes all the more cozy in the vacation home.
Please note that fishing is not allowed in the harbor basin.

    “Die Ausstattung des Ferienhauses ist super. Hier können bis zu 6 Personen wohnen. Zwei Schlafzimmer und zwei Bäder sowie eine Sauna sind vorhanden. Die Küche hatte alle Geräte die man braucht. Lediglich zwei Bratpfannen müssten ausgetauscht werden, da diese so abgenutzt sind, dass man diese nicht mehr benutzen kann.

    Das Wohnzimmer ist ausreichend ausgestattet und besitzt neben WLAN auch einen Magenta TV Receiver. Der Esstisch klebt auch nach mehrmaligen abwischen.

    Der Weg zum Strand ist optimal. 5 min laufen schon ist man da.

    Leider hat das Ferienhaus nur einen Parkplatz. Wenn man bei 6 Personen mit zwei PKWs anreist, muss ein Auto weiter weg parken werden, da für die Grünflächen ein Parkverbot besteht. Bei Verstoß erhält man einen Zettel an der Windschutzscheibe mit dem Hinweis, dass das Auto umzuparken ist, ansonsten behält sich die Helma Ferienimmobilien GmbH vor, einen möglichen Schaden am Rasen geltend zu machen. Auto wird auch fotografiert. Wenn man Kindern und Großeltern reist, ist der längere Weg zum Auto nicht zumutbar. Des Weiteren steht auf dem Verwarnungsschreiben kein Hinweis, wo man sein Auto alternativ parken kann. Dies musste erst telefonisch bei der Hausverwaltung erfragt werden.”

    “Ein schönes, gemütliches Ferienhaus mit einer exzellent ausgestatteten Küche.
    Toll, dass zwei Hunde mit uns reisen durften. Eine zusätzliche Sitzgelegenheit im zweiten Schlafzimmer wäre toll.”
