The charmingly furnished and comfortable apartment amidst the Schneifel is on a quiet side street, but nevertheless central.Modern and comfortable holiday apartment with a terrace, in a quiet but central location – enjoy your holiday in an exclusive ambience and explore the surroundings on extensive cycle tours or hikes.

The terrace in front of the apartment has a grill and a larger seating group. Those who would like to enjoy the sun can lie on the adjacent lawn, or else there is a parasol for shade. Children can build dream castles in the sandpit.

The large apartment has been freshly renovated. A generous layout with a modern interior offers you all the advantages you would expect of modern accommodation. As a house guest, you can make use of 115m² of living space with three double bedrooms and a spacious living room. There is a comfortable sofa bed for two further people, e.g. for larger groups. The kitchen with a counter island provides crockery for eight people and all facilities for gourmet cooking, along with a dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine and coffee powder. You can sit together sociably at the big dining table. The bathroom is also an oasis of well-being, for example after a long hike, with a barrier-free shower and a bath. A hairdryer, washing utensils, a washing machine and dryer are available. The apartment also has free Wi-Fi access and a large LED TV. There are two children’s beds, two highchairs and a baby bath.

There is a very well-stocked Edeka supermarket just 200 metres away. You can buy milk directly from the producer within walking distance. Treat yourself at two excellent local restaurants. The local bakery offers traditional sourdough bread. The richly forested and hilly landscape of our beautiful Eifel offers all ages and those who love nature and tranquility plenty of possibilities for a leisurely holiday in any season. Hikers and cyclists will enjoy it here. The Eifel-Ardennes cycle path runs past the house 400 metres away. Sports enthusiasts can find good running and Nordic walking routes on the old railway track. Culture lovers can explore the history of the Bleialfer Bleibergwerk mine on a guided tour of the Mühlenberger Stollen, or get to know the beautiful catholic church Eifeldom. The winter sports resort Schwarzer Mann nearby has plenty to offer winter sports enthusiasts. Hikers can also find a wonderful landscape here during the winter months, for extensive tours in bracing cold.
