There is also an extra bed, 1 highchair and 1 baby. In the dining room table and chairs for 15 people. Old dry stone walls enclose the plot with its idyllic garden, its large pool with 12 hammocs, terrace with the shady porch, the paddocks and the vegetable garden, where tomatoes, peppers, aubergines, zucchinis and melons grow.

The long access road is lined with palm trees and leads to a parking area in front of the villa, where old terracotta vases placed under shady olive trees emphasize the Mediterranean atmosphere in a very stylish way. On our property you will find numerous idyllic places, in the garden and on the terraces, for convivial gatherings or to just relax body, mind and soul.

Official check in time is 17:00 and check out time is 11:00. € 40 surcharge for arrivals after 21:00. € 50 surcharge for arrivals after 00.00 hrs at night and on request. A deposit is required to secure booking. Refundable security deposit is required.

The price includes all running costs, bed linen, towels and final cleaning. Heating costs are not included in the price and will be charged, being 20€ /night.

'NO SERVICES ARE PROVIDED'. The landlord does only accept families and couples older than 30 years old.
