The apartment is situated in the midst of the beautiful Schlei region at the heart of Südangeln near Schleswig and Flensburg.Generously equipped four-star holiday apartment with a terrace, garage and a shared garden, situated in the midst of the beautiful Schlei region, ideal for exploring the charming surroundings on extensive bicycle, motorbike or hiking tours and treating yourself to regional specialities

The accommodation is generously laid out and offers a suitably comfortable ‘home away from home’ on holiday. The comfortable ground-floor apartment was renovated in 2016 and newly furnished and is ideal for two people. The sofa in the generous living room with a 3D smart flatscreen TV, free Wi-Fi, a CD and DVD player and a micro stereo system with a radio invites you to relax. The sofa can also be converted into a bed for two people. A Nintendo Wii with a wide choice of games and board games are available for sociable evenings. German and English books await you in the reading corner. A solid stable double bed invites you to enjoy a good night’s sleep in the separate bedroom. There is plenty of space and clothes hangers in the wardrobe. The bedroom can be darkened 100% with a curtain. A valet stand and an armchair with a little side table round off the bedroom. It is possible to set up a supplementary bed in the bedroom.
The light, modern kitchen is fully-equipped with all the necessary utensils and appliances. Apart from the dishwasher, it has a ceramic hob with an oven, a fridge with a freezer compartment, a filter coffee machine, Senseo coffee machine, toaster, microwave, kettle and egg boiler. Some initial basics are also provided, along with a teapot, coffee pots, thermos flask and various types of tea. You can start the day with a delicious homemade breakfast at the dining table for four. The barrier-free bathroom was comprehensively modernised in spring 2018. Apart from a walk-in shower, it has plenty of storage space, a shower stool, hairdryer, makeup mirror and WC. Hand and shower towels are included. Shampoo and shower gel are provided in the shower and soap by the washbasin. Two bathrobes are included. The whole apartment has folding blinds as translucent screens, as well as insect screens in the windows. A vacuum cleaner, iron, ironing board, clothes horse with pegs round off the facilities of the holiday apartment.

Apart from the separate entrance to the holiday apartment, there is a private lockable garage for bicycles or motorbikes. You can hang laundry out on the line in the shared garden. The apartment also has a little terrace for relaxing and it is possible to grill (the owner can take meat orders and supply them).

It is a non-smoking apartment. This also applies to e-cigarettes / steam cigarettes. There is an ashtray for smoking outside in front of the door. The apartment is suitable for allergy sufferers and is laid with laminate throughout, so no pets are allowed. Friendliness and politeness are a matter of course for the owners, who can always be contacted for any questions or wishes.

The owners also offer a bread rolls delivery service from 8.00 directly to your door, or other times on agreement, with a wide selection of rolls. The family butcher Hansen in Tolk offers different dishes daily for collection 300 metres away. The monthly plan is available in the entrance area of the holiday apartment. The owners also offer the possibility to order grill meat, salads and cold cuts from the Hansen butcher, including a delivery service. The menu plan and other information is available on the Hansen butcher website.

The family leisure park Tolk Schau is within a 15-minute walk or 5-minute bike ride. There are also plenty of car parking spaces. The owners can help to put together great bike or motorbike tours (guided motorcycle tours possible). Beaches, trip destinations and countless places of interest can be found here in the area. The owners are happy to provide advice. In the entrance area of the apartment you can find many flyers, information brochures and map material for the Schlei region. You can do basic shopping in Tolk, the nearest being about 4-5km away. The bus stop is almost right on the doorstep, with schedules available in the apartment.
