A few steps from the Scaligeri Castle and the promenade along the lake, Casa Portici is the ideal solution for those who want to live in a quiet place inside a typical village of Lake Garda. The apartment is located in a square, with green trees, small shops and bars and enjoys an exclusive courtyard with table and chairs. Located on the ground floor, it is fully accessible, not presenting architectural barriers. The entrance has on one side the double bedroom and on the other side the living area, with a large room where there’ s the fully equipped kitchen (4 burner-stove, oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher ), and the dining table with its chairs, whereas in the living area there’ s a comfortable double sofa-bed. The bathroom has a shower and washing machine and a small storage area for bicycles behind. On the side to the courtyard, the living room is fully windowed: french doors open into the courtyard with chairs and parasol. Across the courtyard (less than 10 meters), through a small door the loading / unloading area for the car is accessed, while the private parking is located approx. 250 meters above the main road that crosses the village.

    “Die Fewo ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht.
    Sie liegt mitten in der Altstadt. Dadurch ist es bei Live-Veranstaltungen, die in der Nähe stattfinden, abends manchmal lauter.
    Sie war tiptop sauber.
    Der Tiefgaragenplatz war 3 min zu Fuß weg. Für größere Autos etwas schmale Parkplätze.
    Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war angemessen.
    Vielen Dank für die optimale Betreuung durch Mirjam von Benatours vor Ort.”
