Vacation apartment in a farmhouse in a beautiful country position, 2.5 km from the ancient village of Costozza and about 14 km from the elegant art city of Vicenza. The property hosts cats and several farm animals (peacocks, geese, guinea fowl). Farm products (honey, jams, preserved fruits and vegetables) can be purchased on site. Covered equipped terrace for outdoor dining, barbecue. For common use: large equipped plot for relaxing, children's play area. The area is a popular wine growing area (Tai Rosso) and in the 7 nearby wineries you can taste a good glass of Prosecco or Cabernet. Nearby are riding stables and many bike paths such as the 35 km long Vicenza-Padua bike route along the Bacchiglione river, a landscape of splendid noble villas. Countless nature trails on the Berici hills, ideal for trekking and Nordic walking. Within a radius of 15 km there are 2 golf courses. Kayaking on the river Bacchiglione, rafting and canoeing on the river Brenta a Bassano. 20 km the thermal baths of Abano Terme. Easily reachable are some of the most beautiful art cities of Veneto: 14 km Vicenza with its works of the architect Palladio, 36 km Padua with the Scrovegni Chapel, 68 km the romantic Verona with its Arena, 68 km the unique lagoon city of Venice. 87 km Lake Garda with its amusement parks. 80 km the Adriatic coast with its beautiful beaches. For gourmets: in the countless restaurants you can enjoy typical specialties of the area, popular are the black truffles of the Berici, cured meats, ham, cheese, honey and last but not least the olive oil.
