This charming two bedroom holiday home with private pool is situated in an idyllic and rural location in the picturesque Dordogne. The property is a former water mill and is nestled on the River Escouraux, approximately 30 km from Bergerac and 800 meters from a beautiful lake.

The large and comfortable holiday home is situated approximately 80 meters away swimming pool and close to the homeowner's home. You will benefit from access to the beautiful green garden, which is wonderfully tranquil.

Be sure to visit the pretty town of Eymet, which is less than 5km from the holiday home, or discover Bergerac, which is roughly 30km away. Here you can dine in one of the restaurants which look onto the beautiful square.

Please note, due to the holiday home's location close to the unsecured river (20 metres away) and becuase of the 1km long, steep slope, the property is not suitable for children under 15 years of age.
