This part of a semi-detached house is located in the typical mountain village Chamois, which can be reached by cable car, bike or on foot. This small mountain village has typical wooden and stone houses and narrow streets. The beds on the upper floor of the vacation accommodation are distributed in a single room, which is divided into two areas by the staircase railing. In winter, the Chamois ski resort offers over 16 km of slopes. Thanks to its good location, you can easily reach the ski resorts of Valtournanche, including Breuil Cervinia (16 km). About 37 km away is Champoluc with ski lifts connecting to the Monte Rosa ski area. In summer, from the village of Chamois, it is possible to climb further up the mountain with the chairlifts and reach beautiful places such as Lake Lod, ideal as a starting point for various excursions. During the summer, the surrounding area offers countless sports and recreational activities: marked hiking trails, heated outdoor pool, paragliding, horseback riding, children's playgrounds, tennis and volleyball courts, soccer and basketball fields. For a pleasant and relaxing day, Saint Vincent is 15 km away with its famous thermal baths and spas. The Valle d'Aosta region is known not only for its beautiful nature, but also for its art and culture. In the city of Aosta (37 km) you can admire the Piazza Chanoux with its historic buildings and numerous monuments from the Roman period (e.g. Arch of Augustus and Roman theater). Also visit the many castles in the area, such as those of Fenis (20 km), Issogne (27 km), Verres (25 km) and Bard (33 km). In the characteristic trattorias you can delight your palate by tasting typical products of the local culinary tradition, including the Lardo di Arnad, the Fontina - cheese, a wide range of soups and polenta.
