Also due to the view over the sea from the property and its quiet and sunny location at the water the domicile is popular. From June 1, 2024, the Municipality of Syracuse has introduced the following obligation for short-term rentals: tourists coming to the city of Syracuse and staying for a maximum of 7 days will be charged a tourist tax of 5.00 euros per night for each person aged 14 and over. The apartments are located in the seaside area of Ognina di Siracusa (SR), all surrounded by greenery, just 200 meters from the sea. Access is directly from the main road (asphalted). Parking is available in a carport and on the street in front of the house and in a parking lot in the village (distance 5 m).
