Charming vacation home with private pool in the forest-covered hills of Pierrerue, 25 minutes from Béziers. In addition to a quiet location, the house also benefits from a magnificent view of the renowned wine-growing area around the picturesque village of Saint-Chinian, 2 km away. The spacious and air-conditioned living room on the upper floor opens onto two covered terraces with panoramic views. The master bedroom has its own shower room. In the outdoor areas, Mediterranean scents spread and a beautiful private pool and summer kitchen with sink and barbecue await you. The property also includes an independent and fully equipped apartment. Saint-Chinian is a delightful village with beautiful alleys and cozy little squares. Stroll through its market every Thursday to be tempted by regional products such as fruits, vegetables, cheeses, olives and oysters. The gardens at the town hall are a cozy experience with their magnolias. An exceptional heritage awaits you in the surrounding area, including a Benedictine monastery, a parish church, listed church organs and the small Abbé canal. The Circuits des Capitelles are just the thing for hiking enthusiasts and nature lovers, but above all, this region of southern France is known for its excellent wines, including in particular its red wines and rosé. On the third Sunday in July, wine is officially celebrated here. The vines thrive opposite the sea, at an altitude of 100 to 200 meters: good conditions for the best grape juice. To Valras it is only 45 minutes. There, a 4 km long and fine sandy beach lies at your feet, which also meets the needs of the disadvantaged. Valras in the Hérault is a seaside resort that you can't miss. The town is also known for its houses built on palatines and an unspoiled beach on the banks of the Orb or in the Orpellières nature reserve with high dunes. Next door is Sérignan, a tourist resort with an exceptional climate and a protected littoral. This place offers a lot of variety and activity possibilities. Many stairs both inside the house and outside. Above all, there are many steps to climb to get to the pool. With this in mind, the property is not suitable for families with small children or for vacationers with reduced mobility.
