The apartment is located in a suburbian quiet part of Kassel. From there you have a very good public transport connection to the city center. The bus stop is just a 200 meter walk from the accomodation and will take all around the city. The district center nearby has a supermarket, bakery, butcher, bookstore, coffee shop and a restaurant. There is also a public pool which is open from May through Septtember. A forest is close to the house, if you wish to go for a walk. The Bergpark Wilhelmshöhe has been a UNESCO WORLD CULTURAL HERITAGE SITE for two years. The Bergpark is unique in its landscaping and offers a variety of discoveries, including the magnificint water games, each Monday and Sunday. The Bergpark can be reached by bus as well as taking a hike. The apartment is in a one family house with a beautiful garden you are welcome to use. If you wish you may join us there. A table tennis facility can also be used. In case you have a car there is free parking in front of the house. The suburb has two carsharing stations and a place to rent bikes. The train station is a 10 minutes`walk from the house. The train takes you quickly to the surrounding countryside as well as to other destinations in Kassel.

The guest can cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival. The guest will be charged 90% of the price of the reservation if they cancel in the 30 days before arrival.

Living over the roofs of Kassel The bright room is 30 square meters large. It includes a bathroom with shower and toilet. Normally it is for 2 people, but in case of a third person there is a very comfortable sofa. The apartment was fully renovated in 2015. Next to the entrance of the apartment you will find the kitchen with s dining table. Besides a fridge and a stove the kitchen is well equipped with dishes and cooking utensils. The double bed is 1,60 m wide. Moreover you can choose between 11 channels on our TV. Sheets and towels are provided. You will enjoy a spectacular view from our 11 roof widows- you may see "Hercules", the symbol of Kassel for over 300 years! We would be pleased to welcome you as our guests!
