Holiday home in a secluded location

The holiday home built in 2018 and is a semi-detached house and furnished in a modern, functional and typical country style. Also due to the view over the mountains from the property and its quiet, sunny and secluded location in the forest the domicile is popular. For your exclusive use, the following are available: sun lounger, barbecue facilities, terrace and garden furniture. The house stands on a 16,000 sqm forest property with 88 olive trees. Immediately in front of the house invites our shade under an old oak.

Location
Roggio, 240 m above sea level. The holiday home is located on a 16480 sqm enclosed forest plot with flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence and a wall. The landlord lives in a separate building on the property. The house is a restored Rustico in typical country style equipped with modern technology. It sleeps 4 people with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a large living area. The property is located in the Merulatal and borders directly on the river, which, however, in the summer normally no water. The property is located in a secluded location about 300 meters from the nearest houses. The cottage is an extension. The main house is only used by the owners as a holiday home. Access is via a side road (rubble or gravel, length 350 m). Parking (for 2 cars) is available on the property and in a parking lot in the village (distance 20 m). The driveway is a fortified forest path with a steep, concrete slope of about 15 m in length in the lower area. Similar to a garage departure.
