Apartment in Capdepera with Sunny Terrace and Splendid Views

The apartment is located in the center of Capdepera, in a quiet area and close to restaurants, bars, tourist information, church, health center, pharmacy, shops etc. En calle Ciuitat, 13, 078580, Capdepera. Mallorca.

It has a balcony / terrace of about 6 m2 with views of the Church bell tower and the mountain, has outdoor furniture consisting of a table with 2 chairs. It also has an electric awning to cover the balcony / terrace. The terrace of 16m2 has splendid views of the Castle of Capdepera, the bell tower of the Church and the mountain, has outdoor furniture consisting of a table with 4 chairs and two sun loungers. It also has a manual awning to cover the terrace.

The 60 m2 apartment has been completely renovated and set up as a holiday home in May 2019, with new furniture, it has 2 bedrooms: 1 bedroom with double bed (180x200 cm) and 1 bedroom with baby cot, dining room and living room, 1 bathroom with shower and an equipped kitchen. Besides, it has a sunny terrace of 20 m2 covered with a sunshade and laundry. All this is designed for the comfort of 2 people. The living room, the dining room, the kitchen and the bedrooms have air conditioning and high speed Wifi. The access to the department is made through an electronic lock with combination, the living room has a table for four people, the living room has a sofa and armchair, auxiliary furniture, satellite and digital TV and fan. AACC and Wifi. The main bedroom has a double bed of 180x200, 2 bedside tables, a large wardrobe, a bench, reading lights and a large window with glass and blind that gives light to the room. The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet, electric heating, towel rails, a large mirror, magnifying mirror, hairdryer, bathroom bench and towels set. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge / freezer combination, dishwasher, oven and electric worktop, extractor, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, juicer, water heater; it has crockery, cutlery and glassware for six people.

The holiday apartment is located in the center of Capdepera, at 50 meters from the Church and the Town Hall, with easy parking and close to the medieval Castle of Capdepera. At 2 km from the tourist center and the fishing port of Cala Ratjada; a few km from beaches such as Cala Agulla, Cala Mesquida, Canyamel, Font de Sa Cala, Son Moll, etc .., and 7 km from the town of Arta. In the surroundings of the stay, in less than 10 km away, there are 4 18-hole golf courses: Capdepera Golf, Canyamel Golf, Pula Golf and Son Servera Golf. From Capdepera, different hiking routes and bicycle touring starts where you can enjoy our diverse landscape among pine trees and oaks or bordering our Mediterranean coast. The Llevant of Mallorca offers countless possibilities for practicing all kinds of water sports, sailing, water skiing, etc. and an unbeatable location for hiking and bicycle touring activities as Capdepera is located in the vicinity of the Llevant Natural Park.
