SAFETY MEASURES TO PREVENT COVID-19
Our properties allow private and safe holidays since they are for the exclusive enjoyment of our guests.
We use safety and hygienic measures according to the protocols, with specialized products* to guarantee the total disinfection of our properties before every arrival.
To ensure these tasks are properly performed, we have opted for delaying the check-in time to 17:00h. The check-out remains at 10:00h.
*Among the products we use we can highlight the antibacterial "Christenys"
Pare Vives 77 is a spacious and welcoming house, ideally located in the heart of the sought after old town of Pollensa. With a wide array of facilities within walking distance, this house combines the traditions of Mallorca with the most modern comforts such as a rooftop plunge pool / jacuzzi and air-conditioning in all the areas. The house can sleep up to 6 guests in 3 bedrooms.
Inside, the house has been recently renovated to the highest standard and offers to its guests a comfortable lounge, a fully equipped kitchen, as well as 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 1 WC. The master bedroom (double) has its own en-suite bathroom while the other 2 bedrooms are respectively a double and a twin and share the remaining family bathrooms. Both the bedrooms and the lounge are air-conditioned (included in the rental price at set times, between 8pm-8am and 2pm-4pm).
Pare Vives 77 has also an attractive rooftop terrace of 50sqm, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the great Mallorcan weather, that is equipped with a superb plunge pool / jacuzzi (measuring 3m x 2m), a true rarity for a house of this kind! A barbecue is also provided and 2 parking spaces are available should the guests decide to rent their own cars during their holiday.
