    “Wenn unser Hausmeister keine Gelegenheit bekommt, diesen Mangel sofort zu beheben, können wir leider nichts machen.
    Unser Hausmeister hätte die Reinigungsfirma sofort zurückgerufen und die beanstandeten Dinge nachreinigen lassen.
    Wenn dies aber erst reklamiert wird, wenn der Gast wieder zu Hause ist, hat das nicht viel Sinn.”

    “Alles in allem ein sehr schönes, grosses und gepflegtes Haus. Positiv: Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr schön. Direkt an den "Zicker Bergen" gelegen. Man kann schöne Wanderungen machen und ist auch sehr schnell mit dem Auto in Göhren, Sellin oder Baabe. Wer Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit sucht ist hier genau richtig. Ich bzw. wir, würden wieder dort buchen. Negativ: Nichts auszusetzen Ausflüge: Jede Menge - ich habe mir die App Rügen runtergeladen”

    “Fazit: Hat im großen und ganzen den Erwartungen entsprochen. Positiv: Gute Lage, gutes Restaurant in 60 m Negativ: Das Informationsblatt, welches im Haus ausliegt ist eine Katastrophe. Restaurant: Pension Fröhlich - Gutes Essen gutes Preis Leistungsverhältnis Ausflüge: Sellin - Sehr schöne Seebrücke, kleine Einkaufsstrasse”

    “Die Lage ist etwas abseits, dadurch angenehm ruhig. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Positiv: Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Raumaufteilung ist sehr praktisch. Auch die Küche ist reichlich ausgestattet.”
