Air-conditioned vacation home with private pool and panoramic views over the Rhône valley, nestled in the heights of the village of La Garde Adhémar, one of the "most beautiful villages in France" in the south of the Drôme Provençale.
La Garde Adhémar is made of white stones and is very picturesque with its atypical grocery store, its delicious bistros, its gourmet restaurants and its botanical and panoramic garden.
This large, independent and very modern villa was built on 4 hectares of nature reserve with trees and has a beautiful infinity pool that cannot be seen. It has a large sunny esplanade and a covered terrace with barbecue. Suitable for outdoor dining with views of the village.
The modern loft-style interior is bright, spacious and air-conditioned and open to the outside. The decoration is dominated by wood and metal.
You are here on the border between Drôme and Provence.
You must visit the classified resort of Montélimar here with its castle, shady Provençal alleys, cobbled streets and stores.
Take the Côtes du Rhône wine route to reach the most famous wine villages like Vacqueyras or Gigondas. Also drive through the Ardèche with its magnificent gorges and caves.
Cyclists and hikers will love the beauty of this region with shady and varied paths and bike trails around the house. The national forest of Saou awaits hikers and climbers (international climbing site). Do not miss the village of Grignan, home to a magnificent Renaissance castle, a place for festivals and exhibitions.
