Holiday home "Verano Azul" with shared pool in La Mata
This two-storey flat "Verano Azul" with shared swimming pool is very close to the beach and allows a very comfortable stay for 4 persons. On the ground floor the flat has a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a toilet and a balcony with a view of the beautiful private pedestrian area and lateral sea view. On the upper floor there are two bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with two single beds) and the bathroom. On the top floor you will find a sun terrace with a beautiful sea view, equipped with a garden table with chairs and a barbecue. Meals can be taken inside in the dining area next to the living room, on the balcony in front of it or on the rooftop terrace where you can enjoy the sea view. The kitchen is fully equipped with a washing machine and dishwasher. Less than 200 metres away there is a wide and beautiful beach. According to many people the best beach in Spain. Nearby there is a weekly market every Wednesday where you can buy fresh fruit and vegetables, clothes and many other useful items. For nature lovers, a trip on foot or by bicycle to the Las Lagunas Natural Park is recommended. The 'pink' salt lake in Torrevieja (8.5 km away) is very popular, whose waters are relaxing, analgesic and help people with skin problems. For those who need to be more active, we also recommend: go-karts, the Aquapolis water park, sailing, wakeboarding, flyboard, surfing, stand up paddle surfing (sunseaadventures) and canoeing - all attractions are 5 km from the apartment.
