The holiday home with a living space of 220 square metres was built around 1750 as a half-timbered house With 6 double rooms, each with its own bathroom on suite, a fully equipped kitchen and a dining room with space for up to 12 people, this house is perfect for families and friends who want to spend a nice time together. The holiday home was extensively renovated and completely refurbished by May 2023 and has been awarded the highest rating of 5 stars by the German Tourism Association.
Each of the 3 bedrooms on the first floor has its own new bathroom with window, a box-spring bed and a 40" flat-screen TV. A further 3 bedrooms on the second floor have their own bathroom with window. The holiday home is located on a main road in a 30-metre zone in the listed area of Karden, and a large sauna house with a 24 m² sauna/relaxation room is available for your exclusive use. The large enclosed garden of 450 m² is bathed in sunshine and allows an unobstructed view directly into the vineyards.

Cochem is only 12 km away. Treis-Karden has supermarkets, a swimming pool and a wide range of restaurants and, of course, excellent quality Moselle wines.

- Moselle cycle path: Ideal for leisurely cycle tours along the river, through picturesque villages and vineyards.
- Vineyards and wine tastings: Numerous wineries offer tours and wine tastings to familiarise yourself with the diversity of Moselle wines.
- Historical sights: Treis-Karden is home to historical treasures such as the collegiate church of St Castor and Treis Castle. The Cochem Imperial Castle and Maria Laach Abbey are also located in the surrounding area.
