Our lovely apartment house makes a perfect holiday base for active vacationers due to its unique location right at the entrance to the valley!
In summer superb Area 47, the ultimate outdoor playground, and other outdoor sports providers can be found in the immediate vicinity - by bicycle you can reach them in only 6 minutes, the Ötztal Cycle Trail leads directly past our house.
Further family highlights include: Widiversum children's adventure land, Kids Park, Hochoetz pastureland region, scenic Piburger See swimming lake, ...
Also in winter, the location of Alpenresidenz Ötztal is a huge advantage for you as countless ski resorts can be found in the immediate vicinity. The Hochoetz family ski region is only about 3 km away. But you can also explore the nearby TOP ski areas in the Tirolean Alps (Sölden, Obergurgl-Hochgurgl, Hochzeiger, Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis, Ischgl, ...) and enjoy the full variety of a Tirolean winter!
