Our family-run holiday home in Milders, an idyllic district of Neustift, offers you relaxation in a quiet, sunny location. The ski bus stop, a supermarket, ski rentals, restaurants, and the cross-country ski trail are just a few steps away.

Our six cozy holiday apartments for 2 to 7 people are well-equipped – ideal for families, couples, and friends. Hiking and cycling trails begin right outside the door, and in winter, ski resorts and trails await.

Enjoy nature, tranquility, and Tyrolean hospitality. We look forward to your visit!

Pets are only allowed in our house upon request and for an additional charge.

Our Apartment 2 on the first floor offers generous space for families and groups of up to seven people. Here you will enjoy the highest comfort and plenty of room for shared moments.

The apartment features two separate bedrooms, each equipped with its own shower and toilet – ideal for privacy and relaxation. Additionally, there is a cozy couch for unwinding.

In the fully equipped kitchen-living area, you will find everything you need for a pleasant stay: stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, and a television with satellite TV. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment.

A special highlight is the spacious balcony, from which you can enjoy breathtaking panoramic views over the entire valley up to the Stubai Glacier. Perfect for a relaxed morning coffee or a cozy evening with a view!

Conditions:

• Included Services: Bed and table linen are included in the price of all holiday apartments.
• Payment: We kindly ask you to settle the invoice either in cash or by bank transfer by the evening before your departure.
• Check-in: Your holiday apartment will be available from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival.
• Check-out: On the day of departure, we ask you to vacate the apartment by 9:00 AM for cleaning purposes.
• Cancellation: Free cancellation is possible up to 3 months before arrival. After that, tiered cancellation fees apply according to our terms and conditions.
• Pets: Pets are allowed in our holiday home for an additional fee and only with prior notice.
• Non-smoking accommodation: All holiday apartments are non-smoking. We kindly ask you to smoke only in outdoor areas.
• Parking: Free parking spaces are available directly at the house.
• Bread roll service: Upon request, we offer a daily bread roll service.
• Sauna: Our sauna is available to you in winter (from Christmas to April) on Mondays and Thursdays from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
