Here, you will stay in a private, family atmosphere, in a sunny, very quiet environment and an ideal starting point for wonderful hikes in the Nock area. Our establishment is open year-round.

2 vacation apartments (25 and 48 m2) are located on the 1st floor and equipped with shower/WC, south-facing balcony, central heating, table and bed linens, towels, kitchen with refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and dishes. Wi-Fi, microwave, and small oven available upon request.
Not luxurious, but fully equipped with everything you need. Child-friendly.

Tourist tax € 2.70 / night / adult

Electricity costs € 0.30 / kWh, which amounts to approximately € 3-4 per day depending on usage.

You will be staying on the sunny side of Bad Kleinkirchheim at approximately 1200m altitude and about 150m above the valley opposite the Kaiserburgbahn and near Maibrunnbahn, Römerbad, and Therme St. Kathrein. Asphalt road leading to the house. The distance to the center, ski bus, baths, or lifts is approximately 2 km. Snow removal is ensured if necessary. Parking spaces are available. Self-catering.
