Opening the front door, you enter the inviting living room with spacious dining table and full, modern kitchen. From the kitchen or living room you step through floor-to-ceiling windows onto the terrace with comfortable garden furniture.

The island of Poel is connected to the mainland by a causeway. In the dreamy village of Gollwitz, only about 200 m from the beach, lies the contemporary designed building. Gollwitz is considered an insider tip of the island because of its hidden location and its very good water quality with natural, fine sandy Baltic Sea beach. Due to the offshore shallow water area, the beach here is particularly child-friendly.

A restaurant and café as well as beach snack bar are located within walking distance, as well as the church village with some shopping facilities. The Baltic side of the island is exclusively usable for pedestrians and cyclists, as it is a car-free zone. In addition to two equestrian farms and a surfing and kitesurfing school, numerous other tourist providers offer varied opportunities for your vacation.
