The completely detached three-bedroom house is surrounded by greenery, just outside the village of Sutivanac, only 20 kilometers from the beautiful pebble beaches on the east coast of Istria. The advantageous location allows you to discover a new beach every day or one of the lively coastal towns and to relax after an eventful day in the peace and privacy of your holiday home. Surrounded by green hills, valleys and fragrant Mediterranean plant splendor with vast fields and vineyards, rest for body and soul is guaranteed here. The 1,500 m² plot with olive grove, fruit trees and playground is at your disposal for sole use. And those who would like to be actively involved in the invigorating sea air can find countless hiking and biking trails as well as jogging paths right on their doorstep.

On the ground floor there is a smaller apartment (about 47 m²) with an entrance terrace, a kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower and toilet.
