It is characterized by the open connection between two semi-detached houses to form an airy living-dining area with a feel-good atmosphere. It also has a (parents) bedroom with a double bed (160 cm) and a (children's) bedroom with a single bed. The bathroom has been provided with new objects, a floor-level shower room and - like the living and dining area too - underfloor heating. The kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, oven, refrigerator and everything you need for a comfortable stay.

In the summer months you can let yourself be pampered by the sun on a small terrace with garden furniture and enjoy the quiet location in the garden. In a few minutes you can reach the port. The shopping street and the many corridors and courtyards with their restaurants and cafés are also within walking distance.
