Beautiful house with large inviting winter garden in the village Baskemölla north of Simrishamn on Österlen.

This cottage offers you besides the spacious interior, a sea view, an open terrace and a barbecue. Use the time to relax especially, eat delicious meals together with your family or end the evenings with a glass of wine and entertainment games.

From this house you have it barely 150 meters to the sea with miles of sandy beaches and 2 golf courses within 5 kilometers. In addition, a 15-minute drive will take you to the town of Kvik, where you can swim or fish for the best sea trout on the coast of Sweden. Take a walk along the water or through the nearby forests, where there is plenty of wild garlic to pick.

Also visit the wonderful nature areas in the area, including Stenshuvud National Park with a wide range of hiking and experiencing the beautiful Swedish nature, Haväng & Vitemölla Strandbackars nature reserve with fine sand hills and the natural sandy beach Knäbäckshusen.

In Ystad and along the coast you will not only find several good restaurants and bars, but also many opportunities for cycling or hiking on the south coast path along the entire coast of Skane. The long sandy beach invites you to swim and also anglers can well try their luck in the sea here. Experience Österlen with many farm stores, Ystad Zoo and so much more. In Kristianstad, the biosphere reserve and water kingdom Vattenriket attracts large and small nature lovers. But especially in Åhus there is much to see. Visit the ice boat, the many restaurants or take a tour of the Absolut distillery.
