The detached villa built in 2021 and is furnished in a modern style. The property is located in a residential area, on the outskirts. Also due to the view over the sea from the property and its quiet and sunny location the domicile is popular. For your exclusive use, the following are available: parasol, sun lounger, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace, pavilion, garden furniture and courtyard.
