    “Positiv: Die Lage ist gut, denn man erreicht zu Fuß den Strand, Einkaufsmöglichkeit und Speiselokale. Negativ: Das Appartement ist mit 25 qm angeboten. Vor Ort ergeben sich bei Nachmessen
    nur ca. 18 qm. Die Kochnische ist nur 1 m breit und man hat im ganzen
    Appartement nur den Esstisch als Ablage. Außerdem steht der Kühlschrank
    auf dem Flur und muss von 2 Appartements benutzt werden.
    Nach Reklamation bei der Agentur haben wir aber ein anderes Appartement
    1 Schlafzimmer und 1 Wohnküche zum gleichen Preis erhalten und konnten
    dann endlich entspannt Urlaub machen. Freizeit: Die Fahrt nach Krk über die Titobrücke ist sehenswert.”

    “Einfache, aber schöne Ferienwohnung mit einem schönen Meerblick. Die Straße in der Nähe ist oft sehr laut. Bei hohen Temperaturen merkt man die fehlende Klimaanlage. Vermieterin wohnt mit im Haus und ist sehr freundlich.”

    “Positiv: sehr nette Hausbesitzerin, super Ausblick vom Balkon aufs Meer! ruhige Lage, vor allem in der Nebensaison, trotzdem in fünf Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand.
    Wir waren rundum zufrieden! Negativ: ein bisschen gestört haben nur ein paar Kleinigkeiten: die eine Matratze war sehr durchgelegen, zudem steht das Bett so nah an der Balkontüre, dass man nur umständlich auf den Balkon kommt. Ein bisschen genervt hat auch, dass es keinen Platz und somit keine Möglichkeit gab, sein geschirr zu trocknen. Sonst war alles super.”

    “Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis Super. Positiv: Der Blick auf das Meer Negativ: Da eine Klimaanlage nicht vorhanden war, mußte man nachts die Balkontür offen lassen. Weil eine Zufahrtstraße zum Ort direkt vor dem Haus verläuft, war es dann nachts teilweise sehr laut.”
