Pretty gîte located in a small village in the Corbières maritimes, 30 km from the Mediterranean beaches. On the road to the Cathar country, whether you are a nature or culture lover, you will find what you are looking for. Many historical sites, such as the castle of Aguilar or the Abbey of Fontfroide are to be discovered, as well as many marked out circuits of VTT and pedestrian excursions at the beginning of the gîte. The town of Narbonne is 36 kms away and Perpignan 40 kms. You will find the first shops in Durban, only 7 kms from the village. The gîte is located on the first floor of a shed (possibility of storing bicycles), accessible by an outside staircase, and leads to a large terrace of 35m² with garden furniture. During the summer months, you can enjoy the calm and the sunshine on the south-facing terrace to have your meals.
Concerning the composition of the gite, living room-kitchen equipped with a bar, a library. For the night part, 3 bedrooms, one of which opens onto the terrace, with 2 double beds (140cm), and one bedroom with two single beds. A shower room and an independent WC. You have access to a barbecue in the adjoining garden.
