The Durenque runs through the Lacaune Mountains
The hamlet of La Rive makes the union between plain and mountain. The cottage is built on a base prior to the 17th century. By car, you can discover the granite plateau of Sidobre, or go back in time and visit the medieval cities of Hautpoul and Carcassonne, the Episcopal City of Albi or closer Castres, its old mansions and its houses on the Agout.
Gite upstairs, located in a small hamlet (La Rive), adjoining the owners' accommodation. Quiet, the cottage overlooks a small bridge over the river Durenque.
