Villa Cielo is a brand new two-storey villa, located in Falassarna, the most well-known destination in Chania during the summer season. The accessibility to the sea - within 800 meters- provides you the comfort to enjoy the Cretan sea and sun. Villa Cielo is a brand new two-story villa, located in Falassarna. The accessibility to the sea - within 800 meters- provides you the comfort to enjoy the Cretan sea and sun. The property ensures a high-quality vacation with amenities that cope with the ambitions of the most discerning guests. Villa Cielo is a luxury villa with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms that can comfortably accommodate 6 guests in the existing beds plus one more in the sofa in the living area.

Indoor facilities
Villa Cielo is a two-story villa consisting of three bedrooms, two of them on the first floor one with twin beds with a sea view, and another double bed. The third bedroom on the ground floor has a king-size bed with a sea view. On the ground floor, there is a shared WC with a shower suitable for all the guests, and on the first floor 2 ensuite bathrooms with a shower. Luxury and modern design complete the scenery of contemporary architecture and high-quality products. Entering the villa on the ground floor you will find a spacious open area with a fully equipped contemporary kitchen that has branded appliances and facilities, making holiday cooking a most pleasurable experience. The area is completed with a dining room and a living room with a big flat-screen smart TV with satellite channels and an energy fireplace. The large windows create the illusion of transparency and provide a seamless transition between the indoor and outdoor areas.

Outdoor facilities
The most dominant feature of the exterior area is a swimming pool and a lounge area with sofas making it the ideal spot to relax while gazing at the gorgeous sunset. Pretty close to the pool area exists a dining table for moments of relaxation for you and your family, a BBQ, and sunbeds to enjoy the Cretan sun. Don’t forget that a secure parking area is provided outside of the villa.

***Heated Pool Policy
The swimming pool can be heated from March till the end of May and from 15th September till the end of November, upon request free of charge by a Pool Heat Pump at about 26 - 27°C depending on weather conditions. We request three days' advance notice for this facility.

From 2024, as stated in article 53 of Law 4389/2016 (A’ 94), there is a resilience fee to the climate crisis that is 15 euros per night/villa from April to October and 4 euros per night/villa from November to March. This fee will be paid in cash upon arrival.

The villa is situated at a very idyllic point and nothing can interrupt the magical views of the Cretan sea and mountains. As the villa is located on a hill, the last 600m to reach the complex is an off-road road. We recommend using an SUV car in order to reach the complex easily.
