Large, cosy, comfortable single-family house "Chalet Marietta", 2 storeys. In a quiet, sunny position on a slope, in the residential district. Private: large, well-kept garden with lawn and wildlife garden. In the house: central heating system. Single garage. Parking space or garage only for small to medium-sized cars. Grocery 850 m, restaurant 50 m, bus stop 200 m, railway station 1 km, outdoor swimming pool 1 km, indoor swimming pool 1 km. Tennis 1 km, walking paths from the house, gondola lift, cross country ski track 50 m, ice field 1 km. Nearby attractions: Oeschinensee, Blausse. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Adelboden - Lenk, Nordic Arena Kandersteg. Hiking paths: Sunnbüel - Gemmi, Lötschental.

4-room chalet 120 m2 on 2 levels, south-west facing position. Spacious and bright, very comfortable and tasteful furnishings: large living/dining room with panoramic window with open-hearth fireplace, dining nook, satellite TV and radio. Exit to the balcony. 1 large room with 1 double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm), bathroom, bidet and separate WC. Large kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, electric coffee machine, fondue Set (cheese)) with hatch. On the lower ground floor: 2 rooms, each room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). Shower/WC. Large balcony, south facing position. Balcony furniture. Marvellous panoramic view of the mountains, the valley and the resort. Facilities: washing machine, baby cot for up to 3 year olds. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: suitable for families. Non-smokers only.
