Villa Rawna is located in Rovanjska, at the foot of Mount Velebit. This modernly built villa offers its guests undisturbed privacy with parallel views of the sea and the nearby mountains. It is definitely a wonderful combination that you will enjoy with all your senses. The villa has a total area of 786 m2 and the living area of the unit is 365 m2. Villa Rawna is suitable for up to 12 people in six modern bedrooms and all units are air-conditioned and equipped with the latest appliances. One of the bedrooms is located on the first floor of the villa, while the other rooms are located on the upper floors. All rooms are equipped with luxurious bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower. What is also very attractive is that guests can choose whether they want to enjoy a room with a sea view or a room with a view of the huge, beautiful Velebit. The little ones will certainly enjoy the colourful children's room, which is suitable for both relaxing and playing, as it is equipped with a small drawing table, a tent, picture books and similar contents. On the first floor of the villa there is a modern kitchen with all the necessary facilities. The centre of the kitchen is dominated by an attractive kitchen island, right next to which is a dining table with seating for six. This villa also has an outdoor dining area with seating for 12 and is certainly the place to enjoy culinary specialities al fresco. The spacious living room opens directly onto the outdoor terrace. In the inner courtyard of the villa there is a 50 m² swimming pool with an additional hydromassage option, surrounded by a total of eight sun loungers. A charcoal or wood-fired barbecue is also available in the courtyard for guests to use during their stay at the villa. This villa will also delight the youngest guests as it has an impressive outdoor playground with trampoline, slide and other facilities for children, but adults will certainly not be bored with additional content such as darts or PlayStation, jacuzzi, sauna and fitness equipment. The location of this impressive villa provides you with much-needed peace and quiet, while at the same time you can enjoy fun activities such as the Velebit quad safari thanks to the rich facilities. What we should definitely recommend near this villa is, of course, the village of Rovanjska, whose bay lies at the end of the Velebit Channel. The surroundings of Velebit enrich this area with its parks, caves, promenades and cycling trails, so you can definitely choose which of the above-mentioned activities you would like to enjoy. Rovanjska is best known for its olive growing and fishing, so don't miss out on the gastronomic challenges in the nearby restaurants. Paklenica National Park near Starigrad is the perfect place for an excursion with family and friends and will especially delight fans of serious hikers and professional climbers. The town of Starigrad itself is full of social events in the summer months and on the beautiful beaches you can enjoy swimming or adrenaline sports at sea. If you wish, you can also visit the nearby city of Zadar, one of the most beautiful cities in Dalmatia, which is only about 20 minutes by car from Rovanjska. In addition to the world-famous attractions of the Sea Organ and Greeting to the Sun, in Zadar you will find countless cultural and historical monuments or social events that you will enjoy together with the locals.
