This beautiful villa is located near Pula and has a breathtaking sea view. Villa Histria can accommodate up to 6 people in 2 cozy bedrooms with an extra bed on request. There is an additional sleeping possibility on the sofa bed in the living room. All rooms are located on the ground floor.
The spacious and airy living area is connected to the dining area and kitchen and offers direct access to the garden with pool. The two cozy double bedrooms have air conditioning and TV so that you can completely relax during your vacation. From the large garden you have a phenomenal view of the sea, the island of Cres and the surrounding hills. You decide where you want to spend most of your time. Perhaps on the covered terrace with outdoor dining area or on one of the sun loungers next to the private pool, from where you can enjoy the view.
Whatever you choose, we're sure you can't go wrong, because this villa has everything you need for a relaxing vacation! Villa Histria is located in the small village of Kavran. It is about 8 km away from Krnica, which is a 5-minute drive from the sea. Krnica is an excellent place to combine relaxation and active vacation. In the nearby port there is an excellently equipped diving center that discovers old sunken ships, spectacular underwater caves, cliffs, the thrill of night diving and the splendor of life for beginners and experienced divers.
The east coast of Istria offers a variety of beaches and a crystal clear sea. Pula is about 25 km away from the villa and is the tourist center of Istria in terms of culture, tradition and beautiful nature. It had its heyday in Roman times.
The Romans left many traces, especially the beautiful amphitheater. During the Venetian period, Pula developed into the control center of the Adriatic, and over the centuries the city's port developed into the most important port in the region. Pula offers all kinds of leisure activities, including sports facilities, nightclubs, casinos, pubs and restaurants, as well as organized excursions.
