Cugnana Verde location. The holiday apartement is located in a residence, on a enclosed garden plot with meadow, flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a hedce and a wall. The Village with around 1000 apartments is located in a natural park overlooking the Gulf of Cugnana and Porto Rotondo. The apartments are located in blocks on different levels, separated by trees and paths and connected by stairs, staircases and internal paths. The accommodations all have an outdoor area, a balcony on the first floor and a terrace on the ground floor, all with a table and chairs. 950 m from the beach with shuttle service from June 5th. until 15.09. Like our other accommodation, the three-room apartments at the Residence, near the Costa Smeralda, are spacious, well furnished and equipped with all comforts for a wonderful holiday in an excellent location, all with ample space and relaxing possibilities. The apartments consist of a living / dining area, kitchenette, two comfortable sofa beds, a cool double bedroom, bedroom with 2 single beds or bunk beds, bathroom with shower, with availability of a seventh bed. Access is directly from the main road (asphalted). Parking (for 1 car) is available on the property.
