The holiday home, consisting of a holiday apartment of approx. 50 sqm and a guest room of approx. 25 sqm, is located on a separate property on the outskirts of the village (near the Bäderbahn railway line). The Baltic Sea beach is approx. 1 km away. Both holiday apartments have separate access to the outside.
The holiday apartment has a living room (upholstered seating area, dining area, TV, radio), bedroom with double bed, kitchenette with pantry kitchen, shower/WC, central heating, terrace. An air bed can be provided in the living room as an extra bed.
There is a terrace with a beach chair and seating, barbecue facilities and a car parking space. Included in the total price: Final cleaning, water and energy consumption. Bed linen can be brought along or rented if required. Towels are to be brought along. Pets are not allowed in this accommodation. The accommodation is not handicapped accessible. From an occupancy of 4 persons, a separate double room with shower/WC (DZV313) is also available.

The seaside resorts of Bansin, Heringsdorf and Ahlbeck are the so-called imperial resorts on the island of Usedom. They have wide sandy beaches, piers with jetties and are connected by a promenade that leads to Swinemünde in Poland. The villages offer bicycle, boat and beach chair hire, tennis courts and a network of well-signposted hiking trails. A modern water park, the Ostseetherme, is centrally located between Heringsdorf and Ahlbeck. The border crossing to Poland can be reached from Ahlbeck in just a few minutes.
