The 54 sqm two-room holiday apartment for max. 4 people is located separately in the basement of the host's house on a 500 sqm plot within a quiet residential area only approx. 1.5 km from the Baltic Sea beach. A wooded area with numerous cycling and hiking trails is just a few metres away. The holiday apartment was extensively modernised in 2018. It is equipped with a living room (upholstered furniture with sleeping function as an extra bed for 2 people, flat screen TV), a kitchen (dining area, electric cooker with oven, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, various kitchen appliances), a bedroom (double bed) and a bathroom with shower/WC. Outside there is also a small terrace. There is a public car park (free of charge) in front of the house.
The total price includes final cleaning, bed linen, towels as well as water and energy consumption. Internet (W-LAN) is also available. The Ostseebad Graal-Müritz is subject to visitor's tax.

The Baltic seaside resort of Graal-Müritz is located between the Hanseatic city of Rostock (approx. 15 km away) and the small town of Ribnitz-Damgarten at the foot of the Fischland-Darß-Zingst peninsula. Surrounded by the forests of the Rostock Heath, an 11,000-hectare nature reserve, Graal-Müritz stretches over a length of 5 kilometres directly on the Baltic Sea, with the Rhododendron Park, the pier that extends 350 metres into the Baltic Sea and the Aquadrom sports and wellness oasis, which opened in 2004, being particular attractions for guests and locals at any time of year. The pier festival is traditionally held every July. The 5 kilometre long fine sandy beach is up to 40 metres wide. The bathing water has been of excellent quality for many years.
