This attractive stone house is situated on a hill with breathtaking views of the Luberon, its rolling countryside and mountain villages. Thanks to its hillside location, steps lead from the parking lot to the entrance of the farmhouse, where you will find a welcoming entrance hall, a laundry room and charming bedrooms. The first floor offers a living room with fireplace, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with direct access to the shaded terrace. The spacious garden leads down to a fenced 11 x 4.5 m swimming pool with six sun loungers. A gas barbecue is also available for delicious al fresco meals. Just 3 km from the small village of Viens and around 17 km from Apt, this property is ideal for nature lovers, as it serves as a peaceful base for exploring by car, on foot or by bike.
