Your holiday starts simply and straightforwardly as soon as you arrive: just an hour's drive, exclusively on tarmac roads, takes you from the airport to the villa, where you can quickly settle down and relax. After your arrival, you may want to enjoy a cool drink on the terrace, which offers a pleasant place to relax even in hot summer weather thanks to its canopy. In fine weather, the pretty table could become the setting for all meals together in the coming days. Although a delicious breakfast in this setting is certainly a special treat, the nearby built-in barbecue will probably also encourage you to enjoy culinary delights together in the evening. Who will be the first to jump into the cool waters of the pool? With a depth of between 0.80 and 2 metres and a length of 8 metres, the pool, decorated with blue mosaic tiles and small semi-circular steps, is an excellent starting point for hot sunny days, with the large palm tree providing additional shade. For sunbathing, you can position the comfortable loungers in the garden wherever you like. If you want to see the world from above, head to the roof terrace, which is located on the first floor of the house and also offers a view of the garden.

The ground-level terrace leads directly into the living and dining room, which is conveniently divided into two areas so that you can relax indoors without getting in each other's way. The sofa is the perfect place to watch cosy TV; several tables invite you to read or write - how about sending a good old-fashioned postcard to your family and friends back home? The dining table easily seats all your group for indoor dining, which could be particularly tempting on a relaxed day as the walk to the kitchen is pleasantly short. In a brown and silver style, the comprehensively equipped kitchen provides an excellent base for self-catering and the large fridge/freezer will keep the festive bar reliably cool. A bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom are also located on the ground floor. A simple staircase leads upstairs to the two further bedrooms, both with double beds measuring 1.80 x 2.00 metres, one of which has its own bathroom. The villa has three bathrooms with a total of three showers and a bathtub.

One of the special attractions of the villas in the south-east of the island is their proximity to the so-called Calas de Mallorca. These many small, partly undeveloped sandy bays with their often fine sand and shallow entry into the water are ideal for families with small children. The small road near the house takes you quickly to numerous beautiful excursion and bathing destinations, such as the well-protected Cala Murada bay, where the blue flag for clean water flies in the wind and where sun loungers, toilet facilities etc. are available A beach bar caters for a wide range of needs. You should definitely plan a visit to the beautiful beaches of Son S'Arenal in Porto Colom (approx. 10 km) and Cala Sa Nau in S'Horta (approx. 14 km)! The region around Cales de Mallorca with its wealth of caves brings history to life and an excursion to the nearby San Salvador monastery promises fantastic views.

Enjoy the urban feel, stroll to the beach and into the village with its supermarkets and bars - Villa Son Ganxo Uno makes it possible! With Cala d'Or, Portocolom and Porto Cristo within a radius of 20 km, promenades, good restaurants and sports harbours ensure fun and enjoyment. The strengths of the house: terrace with brick barbecue, private lawn and pool in the outdoor area, two desks for e.g. home office on the ground floor.
