Animal lovers and families take note! Villa Can Rosillo is perfect for this constellation. There is an aviary, a fish pond, an area with sea turtles and another area with forest turtles for you to observe the animals. The owners look after all these animals. There are also two cats. Normally the strays are out and about, but guests at the villa are asked to feed them once a day. It is therefore quite possible that the two will pop in from time to time and demand a little attention. In addition to the animals, the villa also boasts a fantastic outdoor area. Surrounded by lush, green Mediterranean vegetation, the spacious pool terrace is located in the centre of the property. The circular Roman steps lead majestically into the pool. If you prefer to release as much kinetic energy as possible through water placement, you can of course simply splash into the pool. If done skilfully, the splashes will also reach the youngest Villa guests in the fenced-in playground right next to the pool, where they can join in the fun and ask for an encore. There is also a tree house to play in. Comfortable sun loungers, plenty of parasols, a pool bar, an outdoor kitchen and a beautiful covered terrace perfectly complement the villa's outdoor area.

The interior of the house is decorated with many original details and exudes a Mallorcan, rustic ambience. A wooden ceiling with lowered beams, dark door and window frames and terracotta-coloured floors give the ground floor a typical villa feel. Together with the neat, modern furnishings, the interior design provides the ideal setting for a successful island holiday. Highlights of this property include an open-plan country-style kitchen with a beautiful mosaic floor, sofa elements arranged around a fireplace and a solid wooden table for meals or board game evenings. An open wooden staircase with a brick surround, which also serves as a wine rack, leads to the first floor. Care should be taken when climbing the stairs with younger guests due to the bottles stored there. The upper floor is characterised by diagonals. The three bright, functional and cosy double bedrooms disprove the claim that sloping ceilings lead to classic problem areas when it comes to furnishing. Here, niches have been skilfully converted into open wardrobes and sloping ceilings into libraries. A total of three bathrooms, one of which is en-suite, round off the interior of the villa.

The quarry stone villa Can Rosillo is situated in a rural location just 3 kilometres from Llucmajor. Llucmajor has one of the most beautiful market squares with markets three days a week: Sundays, Wednesdays and Fridays. This villa is just a few minutes away from the Ma-19, which takes you to the airport in 15 minutes and to the centre of Palma in just under 30 minutes. The bay of Palma with its kilometre-long sandy beach is just as easy to reach as the idyllic, small sandy bay of Cala Pí and the nature reserves of Playa Sa Ràpita and Playa Es Trenc.
