The outstanding feature of this farmhouse in the south of Mallorca is its elevated position, which comes with unique panoramic views. From the beautiful terraces that extend directly in front of the house, you can see as far as the sea in the distance. When dining al fresco, you have the choice between a covered or open space and the paths into the house are pleasantly short. The organically shaped, shallow pool and the adjoining sun terrace are particularly attractive on warm days and offer several comfortable loungers. Old trees, including large pines, provide pleasant natural shade depending on the position of the sun. The location in the nature reserve brings relaxing tranquillity and idyll to this farmhouse.

From the terrace you have direct access to the cosy interior of the house, which is generously proportioned. Large wooden windows let in pleasant light and comfortable furniture invites you to relax. In addition to an open-plan living and dining room, there is a spacious dining room with a long table. Meals are prepared together in the fully equipped kitchen, where you will find everything you need for self-catering. On the ground floor of this farmhouse in Mallorca there are two cosy double bedrooms and a bathroom. Accordingly, on the upper floor you will find two further double bedrooms and the second bathroom, as well as a practical laundry room and a balcony. The farmhouse Es Cau is situated on a beautiful hillside in an absolutely peaceful location in the south of Mallorca. The pretty fishing village of Portocolom is only 10 minutes away by car. There is a beach and harbour promenade as well as very good bars and restaurants. There are also several small sandy coves and beaches to discover on the local coast, including Cala Varques (approx. 9 km).
