Freedom and space are two favourite elements of luxury that you can enjoy most when staying in this villa. This charming holiday home in the north-east of the village of Muro on a fabulous 18,000 m² plot impresses with its versatility. Extensive lawns characterise the picture here. The outdoor area is landscaped with palm trees, hedges, natural stone walls and of course the pool, the centrepiece of the garden. The pool is an attractive option for those who want to swim a few lengths in peace and quiet and cool off after a game of football or basketball. You can leisurely walk down the steps into the pool, which slopes down to a depth of 2.1 metres, and gaze in amazement from the blue at ground level to the sky above. The relaxation programme should not be neglected and comfortable sun loungers are available on the sunbathing lawn. Remember to always have your favourite drink and a good book to hand! You can relax on the cosy chairs on the covered terrace right next to the house, from where you have the best view of the pool; or feast on delicacies at the long dining table nearby. Who's the BBQ expert today? The child-proof, sealed water container you see in the photos is not suitable for swimming or drinking.

The interior of the villa is in no way inferior to the beautiful outdoor area. Directly from the terrace you enter the central area of the house, where aesthetically coordinated furniture, bright and harmonious colours and lots of wood create a stylish setting. The open-plan architecture gives the whole place a pleasant feeling of space, where you immediately feel at ease as soon as you enter. A wide arch connects the practical and cosy reading room, which can also serve perfectly as a playroom, with the lounge with sofas, fireplace, TV and WLAN, everything you need for a cosy time indoors. This room is connected to the tasteful dining area next door and around the corner is the spacious kitchen, which not only has first-class appliances, but also has its own access to the outside and an additional dining area. Two cosy bedrooms, each with a double bed (one of which has its own bathroom) and two further bedrooms, each with two single beds, promise heavenly rest at night. A further bathroom complements the surrounding lounge, where up to eight holidaymakers can relax to their heart's content.

However, should you decide to leave the property to explore the surrounding area, you will discover numerous attractive towns and villages in your hire car. You can buy your groceries in the supermarkets of Muro or at the Sunday market or visit the local cafés or bars for a snack or a café cortado. You should definitely plan trips to the surrounding towns in advance, such as the former fishing village of Can Picafort, which has retained its original character but is still full of restaurants, bars, boutiques and discos. For a day at the beach, you only have to drive a few kilometres in your hire car to reach the bay of Alcúdia, San Baulo beach or Can Picafort beach, to name just a few beautiful beaches. However you choose to spend your days, you will love coming back to this charming villa and ending the day there with family or friends.

Villa Son Milana, in a quiet rural location, is an old, renovated property with tasteful furnishings. The earthy house is set on an 18,000 m² plot of land near the northern Mallorcan village of Muro, just 3 km away. The many beaches of the bay of Alcúdia are only a few kilometres away by hire car.
