Die Gegend, obwohl historisch, ist flach und wird von zahlreichen Geschäftslokalen bedient, darunter Bars und typische Restaurants, in denen man Fischspezialitäten und Gerichte der ligurischen Küche genießen kann. Die Einkaufsstraße Corso Matteotti ist nur wenige Schritte vom Haus entfernt, ebenso wie das Casino, das Ariston-Theater, die Piazza Colombo, die russisch-orthodoxe Kirche und alle Annehmlichkeiten für einen entspannten Urlaub mit allem Drum und Dran.
