On the outskirts of the small village of Erkenbollingen lies our Landhaus Senn, between Hopfensee and Forggensee, surrounded by lush green meadows, beautiful mixed forests and idyllic nature.Perfect starting point for cycling and hiking tours, swimming in the lake, relaxing on the balcony or terrace with a view of the Allgäu Alps.Our family of 5 rents out the apartments with a lot of joy and commitment to give you a relaxing holiday. Adjacent to our country house is our fully managed Allgäu farm. If you feel like it, you are welcome to pet the calves. The approx. 64 m² apartment on the second floor, newly designed in a "modern alpine style" for up to 4 people, has a south-facing balcony with a view of the Allgäu Alps.There are two separate bedrooms in the apartment, in the parents' room you can relax in a modern box-spring bed and an additional LED TV invites you to linger. You will also find your own desk with LAN connection.In the children's room there are two separate beds (90 x 200) made from our beautiful "Allgäu antique wood". The beds are also very suitable for adult guests.The living room is furnished with a cozy large sofa, an LED TV and an additional reading corner.In the spacious kitchen you will find a nice dining table for cozy get-togethers.The modern bathroom is equipped with a large shower, a WC and a wide washbasin.There is also a separate WC.On the balcony you can enjoy the wonderful mountain view with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine.In the apartment "Bergblick" you will find a safe, HIFI stereo system for CD - USB - Bluetooth, hairdryer, dishwasher, freezer, kettle, filter coffee machine, toaster, and a hand mixer, iron, ironing board and a clothes horse. Bed linen (made up on arrival), shower and hand towels, tea towels, dishcloths, washing-up liquid and dishwasher tablets are provided.On request, you can use the laundry and dryer service for a fee. Bathrobes are also available on request.For your little ones you can use a travel cot, a high chair and a step stool are provided, all sockets are equipped with a child safety lock. We have also fitted a child safety lock on the oven.Parking directly at the house!A bicycle garage with battery charging facilities for your e-bikes is available!Please understand that we do not allow pets in the apartments!

Arrival is from 14:00 or by arrangement.To collect the keys, you can give us your approximate arrival time on the morning of your arrival. If you prefer to arrive flexibly, I will be happy to leave the keys for the apartment in the key safe, for which you will receive your personal "code" from us in advance. Departure is until 10:00 am.Free cancellation is possible up to 4 weeks before arrival, after which 90% of the total price will be charged as cancellation costs.A deposit of 50% of the total price is required within 7 days of booking. Motorway A7 Ulm-Füssen, exit Füssen before the border tunnel, exit in the direction of Rieden am Forggensee B 310, after approx. 4km on the B16 towards Rieden am Forggensee, after 2.3 km enter Erkenbollingen, in the centre of the village on the right side, the entrance before house no. 22 is our "Landhaus Senn" (house no. 20) set a little to the back.If there is a risk of traffic jams on the A7, alternatively take the Rückholz exit. Continue in the direction of Seeg to Roßhaupten on the B16 in the direction of Füssen. Approx. 2 km after the village of Rieden am Forggensee comes the entrance to Erkenbollingen. In the centre of the village on the right-hand side, the entrance in front of house no. 22 is our "Landhaus Senn" (house no. 20) set a little to the back.
