Das Haus steht am oberen Dorfrand in ruhiger Lage und bietet einen wunderbaren Ausblick auf Sent und die Berge des Unterengadins.
Die Liegenschaft befindet sich ein paar Meter unterhalb dem Ende der Traumpiste, die vom Skigebiet Motta Naluns aus hinunter nach Sent führt. Der Zauberteppich (Kinderskilift) ist nah und kann bequem zu Fuss erreicht werden. Die Parkplätze befinden sich beim Haus. Die Postautostation ist in 10 Minuten erreichbar, ebenso alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants in Sent.
