Chalet Sunneschy

Relaxing and spacious 5 room apartment accommodating 6 persons within a beautiful traditional Swiss chalet ideally equipped for families to enjoy winter and summer sports and activities.
Location
Approximately 1 ½ hours from Zurich by road or rail, the chalet is located 1267m above sea level on a peaceful hillside overlooking the village of Churwalden and its surrounding mountains. It’s just 300m or a 5 minute walk to local shops and restaurants and to the superb skilift which connects to the Lenzerheide-Arosa ski paradise with its 255km of ski runs.  
Chalet
The apartment extends over approx. 110m2 and projects a warm and friendly ambience with its matching wooden furnishings, underfloor heating and wood burner. It is equipped with all modern conveniences and comfortably sleeps 6 persons in 3 double bedrooms. A baby cot is also available.
Panoramic views are enjoyed from the balcony all year round and in summer there’s a large terrace to the rear of the house with a grill and sun shade.  
Free wifi und Swisscom internet TV is included. There is a laundry room with a washing machine and tumbler in the lower ground floor where skis can also be stored.
Parking
In summer there is ample parking on the private entrance driveway. For the final steep untarred road a 4x4 vehicle is mandatory.
In winter driving is prohibited on the final part of the Bäergliweg.

In winter and in summer without a 4x4 vehicle, unloading is required 50m from the chalet. Free parking is available for our guests in the public parking area 150m away.
