IL PALANTSCHIN (the loft)
"IL PALANTSCHIN" is a newly-renovated beautiful rustic attic with 3 cozy 4-6 bed rooms and a large lounge / living room. The property is located on the top floor of a newly renovated big old house in the village of Lavin and is ideal for groups or 2-3 families with max. 16 people (5-10 people is very comfortable). Each room is designed variable with single and bunk beds in a way, that in every room a double bed can be set up (see floor plan). The lounge is also ideal as a meeting room and is equipped with a screen and projector.
In between the main holiday seasons we also rent out the accommodation for a weekly basic rate of Fr.500.- plus Fr.80.- per person, if you are less than 5 people. Also beside the main holiday periods, the accommodation can be rented for weekends at the basic rate of Fr.100 .-/night plus Fr.10 .-/person (when own sleeping bag is used).
