Von dieser unverbaubaren Aussichts-Südlage kann man die Engadiner Dolomiten bestaunen. Wenige Meter vom Haus entfernt befindet sich die Bus-Station "Porta" mit direkter Verbindung zum Skigebiet, zur Bäderlandschaft Bogn Engiadina und zum Bahnhof.
Die Wohnung in der chasa portanova bietet ausreichend Platz und Rückzugsmöglichkeiten für 2 bis 4 Personen.
